Scottsdale Plastic Surgery Reviews
BOTOX® Cosmetic, Eyelid Surgery, Skin Care, Radiesse®, Restylane®, JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® XC - Well organized office with a calm feel to the energy. Dr. Nachbar was patient, explained everything well with options. He told me to try their skin routine before I considered facial surgery, which indicated to me that he was cautious and advising me to take my time before I jumped to surgery. I felt confidence in him and his suggestions and look forward to more visits.

Procedure Technique
Radiesse dermal injections take place in one of the treatment rooms at Scottsdale Plastic Surgery in about 30 – 60 minutes after the consultation. To begin the treatment, you will sit comfortably while the areas of injection will be cleaned and marked. Most patients feel mild discomfort during their treatment at the initial prick, but if requested, a numbing cream can be used on the injection sites. The dosage of Radiesse, chosen at your personalized treatment planning session, will be prepared in an ultra-fine syringe. The marked injection sites will help guide the injector to carefully administer Radiesse into the face. Once the procedure is finished, a cold compress may be applied to help minimize swelling and bruising.
What to Expect
After your Radiesse treatment, you may see slight redness, bruising, and swelling. This is common and should only last for about 5 – 10 days. These side effects can usually be covered with makeup. If the side effects last longer or seem excessive, please do not hesitate to call Scottsdale Plastic Surgery. Most patients see some results right away with better results developing over time. Your face should appear younger, softer, and more radiant. Radiesse tends to last longer than some of the other fillers — up to 1 – 2 years. You should talk to Dr. James Nachbar during your consultation about when to schedule your next treatment to maintain your results.
