Arizona Breast Implant Patient Education Checklist

Arizona Law requires specific information prepared by the State to be provided to patients before placement of breast implants.  Although I believe there is information in the checklist that does not have a good scientific basis, this is information that Arizona State government believes you should be aware of before having breast implant surgery.
