Ultransonic Liposuction of the Chest in a Male

This man had lost a significant amount of weight (115 pounds!) and developed laxity in the abdominal area along with some fullness in the chest area. He had Ultrasonic Liposuction of the chest at the same time as the abdominoplasty. The ultrasound allows better removal of tissue in this area. We considered an excisional procedure as well, but the main problem was this fullness, so he had only the ultrasonic liposuction of the chest. He is shown after one year.
