Tattoo Excision from Back of Neck

This Nevada woman wanted to go to the police academy, but the tattoo on the back of her neck was preventing that. Therefore, Dr. Nachbar excised that tattoo in a single procedure, so that she would qualify for the police academy.  This tattoo was fairly large for this area, measuring 3 cm vertically and 1.5 cm transversely.  Nonetheless, it was possible to excise it with a single surgery.
