Scottsdale Rhinoplasty For Reduction of "Hump" and Reduction in Tip

This young woman came to our Scottsdale office and said, "My nose does not fit my face. I would like to have 'my' nose, but resized smaller." Dr. Nachbar performed open rhinoplasty to both reduce the hump on the nose as well as reduce the fullness at the tip.
