Facelift and Four Eyelid Surgery

This 69 year old Phoenix, Arizona woman had a long history of cigarette smoking, which had significantly damaged her skin. She had also had a lot of sun exposure, which further damaged her skin and tissue. She had a great deal of laxity of the face, neck, and eyelids. Dr. Nachbar performed a facelift and four-eyelid blepharoplasty, which produced a significant improvement despite all of the damage her skin had suffered.
