Scottsdale Facelift and Eyelid Surgery with Natural Result

This late 50s woman wanted to improve the aging that had developed in her face. She was referred to Dr. Nachbar's Scottsdale office by a friend, and Dr. Nachbar performed a Facelift including repositioning of the deeper tissues into a more natural position, along with some tightening of the skin, but with care to avoid tightening too much.
