Scottsdale Rhinoplasty With Chin Implant in Early 30s Woman

This woman came to our Scottsdale office and said "I don't like my profile - my chin and nose; big, hook nose, too small chin." Dr. Nachbar performed Open Rhinoplasty along with placement of a Chin Implant. The Chin Implant was placed through an incision inside the lip, so there is no external scar from the Chin Implant placement. She is shown four months after surgery.
