This mother of two in her late 20s had finished breastfeeding five months earlier, and wanted a Post-Baby Tune-Up®. She noticed that her nipples had lengthened significantly with the breastfeeding, and wanted to reduce them at the same time. We also pointed out that she had an "accessory" (extra) nipple in the lower breast on the left that could be removed at the same time if she wanted. Dr. Nachbar performed Post-Baby Tune-Up® with Breast Augmentation, Nipple Reduction, Excision of Left Accessory Nipple, and Mini-Tummy-Tuck with Liposuction. She is shown at eight months after surgery, so the scars are still fading. In these views, you can see the reduction in the length of the nipples along with the removal of the accessory nipple on the left.
