Scottsdale Breast Revision WIth Implant Exchange And Conversion Periareolar Lift

This mother of three had previously had placement of 375 cc saline breast implants with a circumareolar (donut) breast lift / mastopexy. Fifteen years later, she wanted to reduce the implant size and get more breast lifting. She came to our Scottsdale office, and Dr. Nachbar performed Breast Implant Exchange to smaller 225 cc cohesive silicone gel breast implants put into the sub-muscular pocket, and converted her previous circumareolar breast lift to a standard breast lift to improve the lifting. She is shown at ten months, so the scars are still pink, but will continue to fade, just as her previous scars had faded.
