Scottsdale Breast Implant Exchange For Deflated Saline Breast Implant

This woman had saline breast implants placed 16 years ago elsewhere, and had noticed the left breast becoming smaller. She came to our Scottsdale office, and Dr. Nachbar performed a breast implant exchange to smooth cohesive silicone gel filled breast implants 375 cc in size. Her previous implants had been textured saline breast implants labeled "McGhan" (the predecessor to Allergan) and "240 cc," so these implants were somewhat larger. She is shown six months after surgery with a nice tan.
