Our Location

This woman had Poland Syndrome, with asymmetry of the breast size as well as missing pectoralis major muscle on the right side. She had previous large saline breast implants. Dr. Nachbar converted her to smaller saline breast implants and performed a breast lift / mastopexy. The implant size was reduced from 568 grams to 300 cc on the right and from 490 grams to 250 cc on the left, and in addition Dr. Nachbar removed 42 grams of breast tissue on the left in order to better even out the breast size on each side. She is shown at seven months; the scars are recent, so they are pink, but will continue to fade.
