This young Mom had some deflation of her breasts after pregnancies, and in her early 40s, she had breast augmentation with 600 cc saline breast implants. Thirteen years later, she decided that she no longer wanted breast implants this large. We discussed the options, including conversion to smaller breast implants, but she chose to have the breast implants removed. She did not have a great deal of droopiness, so we decided not to do a breast lift. Here she is shown after these 600 cc breast implants had been in place for 13 years and then removed. Although she has a little more deflation, the overall appearance of the breasts is remarkably similar to what it was before the breast augmentation, in spite of having had these implants in place for 13 years.
