Scottsdale Breast Augmentation Circumareolar Donut Mastopexy In Tuberous Breasts

This woman with Tuberous Breasts came to our Scottsdale office wanting to both enlarge the breasts and improve their appearance. Dr. Nachbar performed Breast Augmentation and Circumareolar Mastopexy to treat the areolar herniation, using 421 cc intermediate profile cohesive silicone gel breast implants placed into the sub-muscular position using the donut mastopexy approach. She is shown 18 months later, and is improved, although she could probably have further tightening if she wants.
