Breast Augmentation and Lift With Treatment of Assymmetry

This woman had several friends that Dr. Nachbar had operated on, and she had noticed that her breasts were different sizes, were droopy, and were somewhat smaller than she wanted. She had not had any children. Dr. Nachbar performed a combination breast augmentation and mastopexy / breast lift. Because of the difference in her breast size, we used a 270 cc silicone breast implant on the left and a 320 cc silicone breast implant on the smaller right breast.
