Breast Implant Removal and Breast Lift after 18 Years with Implants and 2 Babies

This mom originally had breast implants placed before she had any children by Dr. Nachbar. She went on to have two children, and later to have Dr. Nachbar replace her implants with larger 450 cc silicone breast implants, but without a breast lift at that time. After another seven years, she wanted to remove the implants, but was concerned because of the drooping that had developed with the pregnancies, and which was even already apparent with the implants she had. Therefore, Dr. Nachbar removed the breast implants and performed a breast lift at the same time. She is shown only four months after the breast lift, so the scars are still pink.
