Fourteen years after Breast Augmentation / Breast Lift (Mastopexy)

This Mom had breast-fed five children, who sucked the life out of her breasts. A friend referred her to us, and Dr. Nachbar performed a Breast Augmentation with Saline Breast Implants along with a Breast Lift / Mastopexy. In spite of the changes in her breasts due to the breast feeding, she got fairly normal-looking breasts after that procedure. Fourteen years later, she was ready for a Tummy Tuck and Liposuction, and decided to have those along with an implant exchange using larger breast implants (550 cc) that were silicone breast implants. Here we see the result of the breast surgery 14 years after the first procedure. The pre-operative breast shape makes this a much more challenging procedure.
