This mid-20s woman had one child whom she breast fed for 3 1/2 months. During the pregnancy, the breasts enlarged, but after the pregnancy and breast feeding, she lost volume and firmness of the breasts. She said "I have had a child, and the breasts look terrible." She discussed her options with Dr. Nachbar, and we considered breast lift, but she wanted to avoid the scars of breast lift and was willing to accept some residual droopiness of the breasts. Dr. Nachbar performed saline breast augmentation into the submuscular position using the inframammary approach. She had a little difference in breast size, so Dr. Nachbar used 420 cc fill on the right and 440 cc fill on the left. She is shown 10 months after surgery. The breasts are still a little droopy, but she is very happy with the improvement.
