Scottsdale Saline Breast Augmentation 425 cc and 450 cc For Mild Breast Droop

This woman had three children ranging in age from less than a year to teenage. She came to our Scottsdale office and said, "I want to have breast augmentation, because after breastfeeding I have nothing left. I want to be more proportionate." She had deflation and some mild drooping, so we discussed the option of doing a breast lift as well as augmentation, but she decided to just have the breast augmentation. We also noticed that the right breast was a little larger, so Dr. Nachbar performed Breast Augmentation with Saline Breast Implants placed into the sub-muscular position using the inframammary approach. We selected 425 cc fill for the right, and 450 cc fill for the slightly-smaller left breast. She is shown four years later when she returned for surgery on another area.
