Scottsdale Breast Augmentation with Mild Droopiness and no Breast Lift

This woman had one child, and her breasts were only a little bit droopy. She came to our Scottsdale office, and decided to have a breast augmentation without a breast lift. Dr. Nachbar performed breast augmentation using 450 cc cohesive silicone gel breast implants. Because her droopiness before surgery was so slight, the implants have filled out her breasts, and no breast lift was needed.
