Saline Breast Augmentation after 15 Years

This mid-30s health care provider and mother of three reported that she had lost breast volume from the pregnancies and breast feeding. She had a small amount of volume, and while there was no drooping, she did have some elevation of the inframammary fold (fold under the breast). Dr. Nachbar performed bilateral breast augmentation using 300 cc saline breast implants. She is shown 15 years later, when she returned to have an implant exchange and abdominoplasty.
