Breast Augmentation / Mastopexy to Size D Breasts

This late 30s mother of four wanted to improve her droopy breasts by increasing the size and reducing the drooping. She wanted a "Size D" result. She selected 475 cc saline-filled breast implants, along with a breast lift / mastopexy. She is shown 3 years later. At 3 years, the scars have faded nicely.
