Extended Inner Thigh Lift

This early-50s Mother of Two had developed loose tissue in the inner thigh area. Dr. Nachbar performed an extended inner thigh lift, extending down to the knee area. She is shown here at 9 months after surgery; the scar has started fading, but will fade more over time.
