Fleur-de-lis Abdominoplasty and More after Substantial Weight Loss

This Mesa, Arizona Mom had undergone a lap-band procedure, but unfortunately had some complications and required another surgery for revision, so she had a scar in the central abdomen even before her skin-removal surgery. But she worked very hard, and was able to lose 140 pounds, almost half of her body weight!  Over two procedures four months apart, she had No-Drain Tummy Tuck with skin removal circumferentially as well as a vertical Fleur-de-lis skin removal in the central abdomen to remove the excess skin there, a bilateral brachioplasty (arm lift), and bilateral breast augmentation mastopexy.
