Scottsdale Post-Baby Tune-Up® After Weight Loss, Babies, and Colostomy

This woman had five children from four pregnacies. She had lost 25 pounds, but had required a colostomy for complications of diverticulitis. The colostomy was taken down and re-connected the previous year, but in addition to the droopiness and loss of volume in the breast and the stretched skin of the abdomen, she had significant left upper abdominal scarring from the colostomy. She came to our Scottsdale office when she was referred by her daughter, who was one of our previous patients. Dr. Nachbar performed Post-Baby Tune-Up® including breast augmentation / breast lift (mastopexy) with 400 cc cohesive silicone gel breast implants, and a No-Drain Tummy Tuck to improve the tummy area. At 12 months, the scars are fading, but are still pink. You can see how we were able to smooth out the left upper abdomen where the colostomy had been.
