Wedge Labiaplasty in Woman with Clitoral Hood Piercing

This mid-20s woman told us she wanted to "improve appearance and comfort when wearing certain clothing and during sex." She had a clitoral hood piercing. Dr. Nachbar performed a Scottsdale Wedge Labiaplasty along with clitoral hood tightening. Dr. Nachbar removed the piercing at the beginning of the procedure, and after he had completed the labiaplasty, he put the piercing back in.
