Barbie Labiaplasty With Additional Labia Reduction and Exposure of Clitoral Head

This woman had undergone a trimming type labiaplasty on the right side about ten years ago. She wanted additional improvement in the appearance, and also asked for additional labia minora reduction. She also had seen from the website that we can remove some of the prepuce, which is the tissue directly over the clitoral head, and asked that we do that for her as well. Dr. Nachbar performed a Scottsdale Barbie Wedge Labiaplasty including reduction of posterior labia minora tissue as well, and also increased exposure of the clitoral head. She did not have enlarged labia majora, so we did not reduce that area. She is shown at two months, and is very happy with the improved appearance. The surgical photos show both the additional labia minora tissue that was removed as well as the small amount of prepuce removed from over the clitoral head.
