Wedge-type Labiaplasty

This early-40s woman had been considering labiaplasty for several years, and had even gone on several consultations over the years, although she never had the procedure. Her primary concern was the length and appearance of the labia, and she wanted a fairly complete removal of labia minora tissue. Dr. Nachbar performed a wedge-type labiaplasty, including both reduction of the clitoral hood and also the tissue at the posterior labia. Notice that the labial tissue has been substantially reduced, as she wanted.
