Two Tummy Tucks Separated by Delivery of Twins

This mid-20s woman had one child when we first saw her at our Scottsdale office. Dr. Nachbar performed a Tummy Tuck along with some Liposuction of the flank area. Two years later, she had Twins, delivered by C-Section, which stretched out her tummy again. She returned, and Dr. Nachbar performed a secondary Tummy Tuck, which was a Circumferential Tummy Tuck. She did not have as much skin to remove from the upper tummy, so you can see that she required a scar in the lower tummy where the skin around the umbilicus had been moved downward.
