Scottsdale 450 cc Saline Breast Augmentation Without Breast Lift with Mild Droop

This woman had two children, and had lost weight and between both of those things, had developed some mild breast drooping. She came to our Scottsdale office, and asked Dr. Nachbar what her options are. We discussed that, if she had a breast augmentation without a breast lift, she would still have some mild drooping. Some women are fine with that, and others want a breast lift, either at the same time as the breast augmentation or at a later procedure. She decided to go ahead with the breast augmentation with 450 cc saline breast implants without a lift. Afterwards, she was satisfied, and so she has not had a breast lift.
