Scottsdale Buttock Implant And Fat Transfer Combo: Brazilian Butt Lift

This Asian woman wanted better shape in the buttock area, but did not have much fat, and so the improvement she would get from Fat Transfer Brazilian Butt Lift would be limited. She came to our Scottsdale office, and Dr. Nachbar first performed Gluteal Augmentation with a Buttock Implant, then added a small amount (80 cc total) of fat transfer to improve shaping. The implant was 14.5 cm tall, 10.4 cm wide, 2.9 cm (more than an inch) thick, and 233 cc in volume. The implant was placed into the plane within the gluteus maximus muscle. She is shown 8 months after the gluteal implant and three months after the fat transfer.
