Buttock Implants for Male Buttock Enhancement

This muscular young gentleman wanted some additional enhancement in the buttock area. He had very little fat, so a fat-transfer procedure such as Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) was not an option. He selected Buttock Enhancement with buttock implants. Dr. Nachbar implanted Silimed 20922-165U buttock implants through a scar between the buttock cheeks. These implants are 16 cm tall, 11.5 cm wide, have 2.9 cm (over an inch) of projection, and a volume of 330 cc.
