Breast Augmentation with Mastopexy / Breast Lift after Weight Loss

This woman had worked hard to control her weight, and had managed to lose quite a bit of weight. She prioritized correcting her breasts, and Dr. Nachbar combined a breast lift with a saline breast implant augmentation to re-create the fullness of the upper breast with the breast lift. The saline breast implant was a smooth round implant, moderate profile, and 350 cc nominal volume filled to 350 cc. She is shown two years after her surgery.
