Tummy, Arms, and Thighs after Weight Loss
Get In Touch
This 40 year old woman had had a Roux-en-Y gastric bypass, and had successfully lost weight. As a result, she had extra skin in several areas. The general surgeon who had performed the gastric surgery did a limited "panniculectomy" to reduce some of the extra skin, but the scar healed poorly, and the result was sub-optimal. Dr. Nachbar therefore performed a single surgery, which included Circumferential No-Drain / Drainless Tummy Tuck, Extended Inner Thigh Lift, and Arm Lift (shown at https://plastic.org/Before-After-Photos/Body/Arm-Lift/Scottsdale-AZ/42942) She is shown one year after her surgery by Dr. Nachbar.
