It’s hard to put into words my experience with Dr. Nachbar and his practice. I was referred by a close friend and scheduled a consult. Scheduling consultations with many offices can be difficult, expensive, and overwhelming, but scheduling with Dr. Nachbar was simple and I did it directly on his website.
From my initial consult, Dr. Nachbar was patient, listened carefully to my overall goals, and answered all of my many questions. His focus is truly on you, the patient. Not once have I felt rushed, even after numerous appointments. His office staff is kind, knowledgeable, and responsive.
After my initial appointment, I didn’t feel the need to consult with any other surgeons. Between my initial consult and scheduling my surgery, almost 11 months passed. It’s a big decision, and I took time to think before feeling ready to commit. When I returned for my second consult, it felt like no time had passed at all and we picked up right where we left off, and I scheduled my surgery.
I had a 360 tummy tuck, breast lift, and augmentation, and I honestly can’t think of a single thing I would change about my results. I stayed overnight in the surgery center, and the nurses were kind, patient, and made sure I was fully prepared for my first day at home. I feel so good in my own skin and yet, still feel like myself.
Dr. Nachbar makes it very clear that he is always available for questions or concerns and that he’s just a phone call away. He is also extremely thorough in educating his patients on what to expect throughout the entire process.

When I consulted with Dr Nachbar and his staff, they listened to my concerns and why I wanted an opinion on what to do. Daisy thoroughly explained every step of the process. The pricing was detailed and complete - no hidden.costs for later. She explained the surgical center they use is staffed 24/7 and they are registered nurses. I found that they took excellent care of me for comfort, food, etc. Also important to note is that anesthesia is used instead of numbing agents. This didn't affect the price when I compared to 2 places that do numbing (same procedures).
Amber guided me thru the garment selection and explained the pros and cons of each. The one that I settled on turned out to be perfect, due to her knowledge and ability to communicate.
The availability of everyone and their ability to communicate is impressive. I'm an engineer so I ask a lot of questions and want details. It takes a lot for me to be impressed! Every time I called I got an immediate response from Daisy, Amber, and Chloe. Even when I baked on the weekend when the office wax closed Dr Nachbar was on the phone within a minute to answer my questions and reassure me.

Dr. Nachbar performed a drainless tummy tuck 360, muscle repair, breast lift, breast reduction and liposuction December 2021. He and his staff took the time to answer all my questions. All 3 written pages. The surgery went fantasticly. My pain was extremely high and needed extra morphine at the recovery center and extra hydrocodone at home. The pain meds froze my colon so I had to come off of them. Which was super challenging. Going straight Tylenol was a painful process. But Dr. Nachbar & his staff were there every step of the way to support me. I cannot imagine going through that with drains. I'm so happy it was drainless. My muscles were tighten REALLY well, but not so tight that I couldn't breathe. I instantly saw amazing results, despite my swelling. The staff helped me to find a better binder to use vs. the one from the surgery center. My healing slowed & it was b/c I ended up getting an infection in my right breast. Dr. Nachbar immediately sent me some antibiotics & my healing immediately sped up. Not only did my breast start healing right away, but my belly button finally started healing too. My swelling also improved with the antibiotics. I ended up with a second infection and the follow up round of antibiotics stamped it out once and for all. The scabs on my right breast, above my public line, and on my left and right hips were persistent. I had to "air dry" them all to ensure they healed properly. 16 years ago I had rhinoplasty and breast augmentation (french cut) by Dr. Nachbar. I cannot possibly say enough good about him. I could not be happier with the results. 16 years later my breasts are still as beautiful as when they were first done (after healing.) He made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was also very happy to learn he has familiarity with transwomen and the specific needs related to that.
I don't even know what to say about my nose. It looks natural, not at all like I've had work done. I asked him for a small imperfection in it so that it would look "real" and he managed to get one that looked perfectly natural and still left me looking very good.

I would recommend Dr. Nachbar!! I have had a abdominoplasty with a surgeon on 101 and Tatum Blvd here in Scottsdale by Desert Ridge and I wasn't happy with my scar. That surgeon told me that he was going to fix my scar with Cortisone injections but, he made it worse and he didn't care about how horrible it was sporting.
