Rhinoplasty

This woman in her 30's came to see Dr. Nachbar with concerns about the dorsal prominence and enlargement of the tip of the nose, which was also more anteriorly projecting than she would like, and also that the columella hung down more than she would like.

We performed Open Rhinoplasty using a 3-D Printed Surgical Guide to assist Dr. Nachbar in producing the appearance that she wanted. This included reduction of the dorsal prominence, narrowing of the root of the nose and the tip, reduction of the tip projection, and support of the nasal tip. We also revised some scars she had at the top of the nose.
