Deep Plane Facelift

This is a woman in her 50s who had deep plane facelift by Dr. Nachbar. She had a significant amount of skin damage, and while she had improvement from her first procedure, she wanted additional improvement, so she is shown following an additional tightening procedure. Dr. Nachbar's most important goal is a natural appearance, and she still looks like herself, only better, and very natural.
