Circumferential Tummy Tuck, Breast augmentation and Breast Lift

This is a woman in her late 50's who had managed to lose a significant amount of weight, but was not pleased with all the extra hanging tissue that remained. She had thought about surgery for quite some time, but new she had a wedding she would be attending later that year, and wanted to improve her appearance and be healed to be able to go to the wedding.

Dr. Nachbar first performed a No-Drain Circumferential Abdominoplasty / Drainless Lower Body Lift at the same time as Bilateral Breast Reduction and placement of breast implants to improve the breast shape, and liposuction of the flanks and thighs.

He also performed excision of a small amount of excess skin just below the buttock, to get her ready for her second surgery.

Dr. Nachbar then performed that second surgery about six weeks later, performing bilateral brachioplasty / arm lift and also bilateral extended inner thigh lift.

She healed in plenty of time to attend the wedding, with a very dramatic improvement.

She is shown about a year after her surgeries.
