Circumferential No Drain Tummy Tuck

This woman in her 60's had not had children but had been through some weight changes, having lost almost 50 pounds.

She had a significant amount of hanging tissue in the lower abdomen, extending to the sides and even posteriorly. She also had some excess fat in the flank area.

Dr. Nachbar performed No-Drain Circumferential Abdominoplasty / Drainless Lower Body Lift, removing five pounds of skin and fat along with about two pounds of fat using liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, mid-back, and lateral axilla (underarm area).

She is shown about two years after surgery. The scars are still pink, but will continue to fade with time.
