Barbie Labiaplasty in Early 20s Woman*

This woman told us that she wanted a very complete reduction in the labia minora, saying “remove everything that you can” from the labia minora. Dr. Nachbar performed a Scottsdale Barbie Labiaplasty, using a wedge technique with clitoral hood tightening, and then additional trimming of the posterior labia minora.
