Scottdale Saline Breast Augmentation for Tuberous Breasts Post Pregnancy*

This woman in her late 20s noted that, with the delivery of her baby, the breasts enlarged and then shrunk, and she lost fullness in the upper portion of the breasts. She came to our Scottsdale office and told us, “I do not like the size or shape of my breasts and would like to have them enlarged.” Dr. Nachbar performed Breast Augmentation using 450 cc Saline Breast Implants placed into the sub-muscular position using the inframammary approach, with careful modification of the lower breast to allow the implant to fill that area out.
