Breast Implant Removal with Breast Lift; convert Peri-Areolar Lift to Full Lift*

This woman had undergone breast augmentation elsewhere about 15 years ago, with a subsequent revision elsewhere to go smaller, but she was told that she had to keep at least small implants in order to have a satisfactory appearance. She also had had a limited peri-areolar (around the nipple) breast lift, but like many of those peri-areolar breast lifts, her nipples had stretched and her lifting was inadequate. Dr. Nachbar removed her breast implants and converted her breast lift to a full breast lift.
