Breast Lift (Mastopexy) along with Breast Implant Placement*

This 42 year old woman had developed quite a bit of droopiness (ptosis) along with loss of breast volume due to pregnancy. She wanted more fullness, but with this much ptosis, she would not get a satisfactory result without a breast lift as well. Therefore, Dr. Nachbar performed a combination breast lift and sub-muscular breast implant placement, using 360 cc saline-filled breast implants filled to 375 cc. Because she is only seven months after surgery, her scars are still pink in these photos.
