On the left, you can see the surgical tissue that Dr. Nachbar removed. The two large pieces are from the right and left labia minora. The extension on each of those pieces is from the sides of the clitoral hood that Dr. Nachbar tightened. Just above the two labia minora pieces is the portion of the prepuce (also called the clitoral hood or "female foreskin") that Dr. Nachbar removed to allow better exposure of the clitoral head.
